CLIENT CHARTER
1. INVESTIGATION
Conduct Investigation: Complaint within seven (7) working days. Fatal accident within 24 hours.
2. AUDIT
Conduct Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Audit at all PTJs once a year.
3. MONITORING
Conduct monitoring of contractor’s management four (4) times a month.
4. EVENT SAFETY CHECKLIST
Process and review Event Safety Checklist within three (3) working days.
5. LICENSE APPLICATION
Manage license application and ownership registration for radiation apparatus and radioactive material within seven (7) working days.
