CLIENT CHARTER
1. INVESTIGATION
Conduct Investigation: Complaint within seven (7) working days. Fatal accident within 24 hours.
2. AUDIT
Conduct Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Audit in UTM once a year.
3. MONITORING
Monitor contractor’s activity in UTM four (4) times a month.
4. EVENT SAFETY CHECKLIST
Process and review Event Safety Checklist within three (3) working days.
