UTM Advancement Division is committed to the growth and prosperity of the university and its programmes, facilities, academic quality, research capacity and scholarships. We build relationships and support for the university’s mission of academic excellence. Our team creates opportunities, build partnerships and cultivate strong relationships with our donors, alumni, students, leaders and UTM employees.

The Advancement Division is made up of three units – Endowment Unit, Education Waqf and UTMAlumni. Through our integrated efforts we engage our many stakeholders, secure private support through a donor-centred approach, steward and manage gifts, foster community outreach and tell our story broadly to strengthen and position UTM in the global setting.

Advancement Division leads and coordinates alumni relations and fundraising efforts across the University. Our unique close relationship encourages each Faculty and School to bring its particular strengths and expertise to the common cause of advancing UTM’s reputation as a global leader in academic, research and innovation across a wide range of disciplines in the engineering, technology and social sciences.
