1. Conduct investigation based on complaints received within three (3) working days. Fatal accident within 24 hours.
2. Process and review an Event Safety Checklist within three (3) working days.
3. Conduct an Occupational Safety and Health Audit to all faculties/departments/units once a year.
4. Monitor contractor management four (4) times a month.
5. Manage collection and delivery of Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) Badge Dosimeter and Survey Meter within seven (7) working days.
6. Process license applications and ownership registration for radiation apparatus and radioactive materials within seven (7) working days.

1. Membuat siasatan aduan dalam tempoh 3 hari bekerja. Kemalangan maut dalam tempoh 24 jam.
2. Memproses dan melaksana semakan Event Safety Checklist dalam tempoh 3 hari bekerja.
3. Melaksana audit keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan kepada seluruh PTJ sekali setahun.
4. Membuat pemantauan pengurusan kontraktor sebanyak 4 kali sebulan.
5. Mengurus penerimaan serta penghantaran dosimeter OSL dan meter tinjau dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja.
6. Mengurus permohonan lesen serta daftar pemilikan bagi radas penyinaran dan bahan radioaktif dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja.
