New local undergraduate: Placement based on course/faculty.
Senior students: Apply via UTMHostel within set period.
New local postgraduate & international: Email asrama@utm.my depending on availability.
How long is the accommodation offer valid?
Valid for one academic session (two semesters). Reapply each session.
What is the room rate per semester?

How are fees charged and paid?
Automatically debited via student portal; pay anytime after charge appears.
Can students choose room type or college?
New local undergraduates: No. Twin-sharing rooms and college assigned.
What furniture and amenities are provided?
Study table & chair, bed & mattress, wardrobe.
