Unit tempahan ruang dan peralatan di wujudkan di bawah Unit Perkhidmatan Aset, Pejabat Pengarah Kerja bagi menguruskan semua tempahan ruang di ruang bangunan gunasama seperti Dewan Sultan Iskandar, Dewan Banquet ataupun Dewan Senat.<\/p>\n
Unit ini distrukturkan semula di bawah Kluster Perkhidmatan, Pejabat Harta Bina dan kemudiannya di bawah Kluster Perkhidmatan, Pejabat Timbalan Naib Canselor (Pembangunan) mulai Disember 2017 dan seterusnya distrukturkan di bawah Seksyen Pengurusan Fasiliti, Bahagian Pengurusan Aset, Jabatan Timbalan Naib Canselor Pembangunan, UTM sehingga kini.<\/p>\n
Unit ini berfungsi menguruskan tempahan ruang bangunan gunasama<\/p>\n
