We offer 2-Bedroom Apartments at U9, featuring a spacious living room, pantry with a refrigerator, and bathroom, as well as Superior Rooms at Block S46, approximately 500 metres from U9, featuring one queen bed, a personal balcony, and a private bathroom.

Located at different building. Check-in and check-out at main building U9.
Superior room with Air-conditioner: RM110/night.

Payment Policy
Full payment
The guest must make the FULL PAYMENT within 7 working days after the booking is made. The booking will be CANCEL immediately if payment is not made within the specified payment period.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled after payment has been made, no refund will be issued to the guest.
Payment Method
Only EFT, bank transfer, QR Pay, and credit/debit card payments (via the terminal at the counter) are accepted.
