    Our team will check availability and inform you of the status.

    3. Booking Confirmation

    Once availability is confirmed, kindly confirm your booking with us.

    4. Payment

    Payment Policy

    You are required to pay full accommodation payment BY date .

    Payment can be made by:
    1) CARD/QR at the reception U9
    2) EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)/Online transfer

    Requirement:
    1.⁠ ⁠Email back the transaction slip data with name, reservation number and phone number to scholarsinn@utm.my
    2.⁠ ⁠Please be informed that the bank charges should be borne by your side and not to be deducted from the total amount.
    3.⁠ ⁠Scholar’s Inn has the right to cancel the reservation if sir/madam failed to pay the full payment according to the set date/time.
    4.⁠ ⁠Please prepare ADDITIONAL cash MYR50/unit as a key security deposit during check in that will be refunded upon check out with no loss or damage to the room’s property.
    5.⁠ ⁠NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations or early check-outs after payment is made.


    5. Official Confirmation
    After payment is received and verified, we will issue your official Booking Confirmation Slip.

    6. Check-In
    Present your confirmation slip at the reception during check-in.
