Untuk makluman, pihak pengurusan Scholar’s Inn telah bersetuju untuk membuka tarikh tempahan penginapan
bagi Majlis Konvokesyen UTM ke-68 bermula 12 OKTOBER 2024 (SABTU). Masa untuk tempahan adalah seperti berikut:
Isnin – Ahad : 8 pagi – 5 petang
Tempahan hanya boleh dibuat secara WALK-IN atau TELEFON melalui satu talian sahaja (07-5535197).
Mohon ambil perhatian bahawa:
i) Penempah perlu membuat BAYARAN PENUH dalam masa 7 hari selepas tempahan dibuat.
ii) Sekiranya pembatalan tempahan dibuat selepas pembayaran, TIADA pemulangan balik wang kepada penempah
iii)Tempahan akan DIBATALKAN serta-merta sekiranya tiada pembayaran dibuat pada waktu yang ditetapkan.
iv) Daftar Keluar Lewat (Late Check Out) adalah TIDAK DIBENARKAN.

The management of Scholar’s Inn has agreed to open the booking dates for accommodation for the
68th UTM Convocation starting from 12th OCTOBER 2024 (Saturday). The booking hours are as follows:
Monday – Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Bookings can only be made via WALK-IN or PHONE through a single line (07-5535197).
Please take note that:
i) The booker must make FULL PAYMENT within 7 days after the booking is made.
ii) If the booking is canceled after payment, NO refund will be given to the client.
iii) The booking will be CANCELED immediately if no payment is made within the schedule time.
iv) Late Check Out is NOT ALLOWED.
