Designed for long-stay guests, the residence is suitable for students, interns, university staff, working adults, and individuals seeking affordable monthly accommodation within the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia area.
Enjoy monthly stay packages starting from as low as RM15 per day, with electricity and water utilities included. Residents may also enjoy a secure environment, furnished living spaces, and convenient access to nearby campus facilities and public amenities.
To ensure a pleasant environment for all residents, Perdana Residence practices a non-smoking policy throughout the accommodation area. Basic cleaning for toilets and common areas is also provided regularly by the management team to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
