Untuk makluman, pihak pengurusan Scholar’s Inn telah bersetuju untuk membuka tarikh tempahan penginapan
bagi Majlis Konvokesyen UTM ke-69 bermula 11 OKTOBER 2025 (SABTU). Masa untuk tempahan adalah seperti berikut:
Isnin – Ahad : 8 pagi – 5 petang
Tempahan hanya boleh dibuat secara PANGGILAN TELEFON melalui empat talian sahaja:

Mohon ambil perhatian bahawa:
i) Penempah perlu membuat BAYARAN PENUH dalam masa 7 hari bekerja selepas tempahan dibuat.
ii) Sekiranya pembatalan tempahan dibuat selepas pembayaran, TIADA pemulangan balik wang kepada penempah
iii)Tempahan akan DIBATALKAN serta-merta sekiranya tiada pembayaran dibuat pada waktu yang ditetapkan.
iv) Daftar Keluar Lewat (Late Check Out) adalah TIDAK DIBENARKAN.

Notice of Room Reservation Opening – UTM 69th Convocation
Please be informed that the management of Scholar’s Inn has agreed to open the accommodation booking period for the UTM 69th Convocation starting from 11th October 2025 (Saturday).
Booking Hours:
Monday – Sunday : 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Reservations can only be made by PHONE CALL through the following four lines:
011-1978 5181, 011-1970 5035, 011-6149 7515, 011-6149 7401
Important Notes:
i) Guests must make FULL PAYMENT within 7 working days after the reservation is made.
ii) In the event of cancellation after payment has been made, NO refund will be issued.
iii) Reservations will be automatically cancelled if no payment is received within the given timeframe.
iv) Late Check-Out is strictly NOT ALLOWED.
