Terms and Conditions

The use of the space is limited to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Any additional time for using the space will incur a charge of RM100/hour, including time for preparation/rehearsals for the program.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance must be settled 14 days before the program takes place.

Any cancellation or date changes (subject to availability) must be made at least seven (7) days before the program to avoid any charges.

N

A cleanliness and damage deposit of RM300.00 must be paid in cash no later than three (3) days before the program takes place.

N

UTM reserves the right to reject or cancel the rental based on UTM's needs and interests without providing any reason or compensation.
