Bhd. Lawatan ini bertujuan memastikan pemagaran dilaksanakan mengikut spesifikasi yang ditetapkan serta memperjelaskan persempadanan antara kawasan pajakan dengan tanah milik UTM.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"946\">Pemagaran kawasan pajakan ini amat penting bagi menjamin kejelasan sempadan tanah, sekali gus mengelakkan sebarang pertindihan atau pencerobohan ke atas tanah universiti. Selain itu, aspek keselamatan turut menjadi perhatian utama bagi memastikan kawalan yang lebih baik terhadap kawasan pajakan. Pemagaran yang jelas dan teratur bukan sahaja memenuhi syarat perjanjian pajakan tetapi juga melibatkan kepatuhan kepada aspek perundangan berkaitan hak milik dan penggunaan tanah.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1280\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Sepanjang lawatan, pasukan pemantauan meneliti keadaan fizikal pagar, kedudukan sempadan yang ditetapkan, serta aspek pematuhan terhadap syarat pajakan.
